I am an out-of-network provider, which means that I do not work directly with insurance companies. However, many insurance policies offer substantial coverage for out-of-network providers, often covering 50 to 80% of services. I will provide you with an invoice that contains all of the information needed to apply for reimbursement from your insurance provider and will do my best to provide you with any assistance you need in this process. If you are unsure of your benefits I am happy to try and help you make sense of them if you provide me a copy of your insurance policy, and I am also happy to help you with the paperwork the first time you submit a claim for reimbursement.

As a rule of thumb, recently occurring issues with specific symptoms are usually more quickly resolved than longstanding issues and/or issues that generate a wide range of symptoms.
