Work Life Balance

Separating work and play can often be a difficult task. Sometimes work can become so demanding that we feel like we have absolutely nothing left at the end of the day. With technology continually advancing and keeping us connected to our work it may become even harder to find a sense of balance as life can become an endless chain of emails, calls, and texts, with the end result being chronic feelings of frustration, anxiety, and dissatisfaction.
